Compared to last week: Steer calves unevenly steady. Heifer calves over 500lbs
unevenly steady, under 500lbs 3.00-5.00 higher. Quality was the primary factor
driving the unevenness in today's market. Calves with the description
Value-Added are unweaned and fancy from reputation ranches and sold very well.
Unweaned calves carrying good flesh condition sold steady to slightly higher,
while those with less desirable flesh condition traded noticeably lower.
