Compared to last week; Feeder steers and heifers selling mostly steady.
Demand moderate to good despite lower cattle futures, again. Slaughter cattle
trade pushed thru record highs once again last week with good movement. Steer
and heifer calves continue lightly tested but few sales are steady. Quality
mostly average. Feeder cattle in medium to fleshy conditions, few thin. High
winds and warm temperatures the last 4 days has only intensified drought
conditions in Western Oklahoma. There are some rain chances for the rest of
the week.
