Compared to last Tuesday, stocker steers less than 700 lbs 1.00-6.00 lower.
Stocker heifers and feeder cattle steady. Feeder cattle futures extended the
gains on Tuesday with contracts up $3.10 to $3.80 at the close. The CME Feeder
Cattle Index was up another $0.77 at $364.24 on October 6. Trade active with
good demand and good buyer attendance.
