The Sheep segment of Northern livestock video's Summertime classic was 
held today, the first day of the 3 day sale.
No recent sales occurred for a price comparison.
Over 31,000 head of lambs were on sale in todays offering.
Demand was mostly light for moderate offerings.
Most lambs were purchased to feed this sale with one lot of hair lambs 
purchased for harvest.
Demand for feeding lambs was mostly light.
Market activity was slow to moderate as buyers were sluggish as they 
bid on offerings.
Deliveries are August through November.
 
Supply included: 98% Feeder Sheep/Lambs (100% Lambs).
2% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (50% Hair Breeds, 50% Hair Breeds).
