No recent comparable offerings for a market comparison.
However, a higher undertone was noted.
Nice string of yearlings coming off native pasture on the report this week.
Demand was good.
Nebraska feedlots lost a little bit of leverage this week as packers 
have cut hours at slaughterhouses and do not need as many cattle for a week's 
kill.
Lives sales sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower at 230.00 and dressed sales sold 
5.00 lower at 360.00.
Fall harvests pretty much in full swing across the state.
Feedlots continue to pack in silage and high moisture corn for the next 
years use.
Looks like the farmer/feeders will continue to be active in the cattle 
market as the only way to market high moisture corn once it hits the pit is 
through cattle.
 
Supply included:  100% Feeder Cattle (70.5% Steers, 29.5% Heifers).
Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 100%.
Unless otherwise noted, Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights 
after a 3% shrink or equivalent, with a 10-20 cent slide > 600 lbs.
