Compared to last week steers sold steady.
Demand was good with few cattle on offer in the country.
Friday's offering coming out of a grow yard with medium plus flesh.
There are still some county cattle to purchase.
With the market jumping every day the rancher doesn't want to price one 
to cheap on the place.
Cattle on Feed comes out Friday afternoon with a lot of eyes on this 
report and on the Cattle Inventory report.
Bullish is the early call by several, guess the final say will be at 2:00 CST.
Feedlot trade in the area has been at a standstill through the writing 
of this report.
Cattle feeders are dug into at least steady money with last week and 
most are asking for a couple of dollars more.
Knowing the packers didn't procure enough cash cattle last week.
Hot, humid weather has not affected the feedlots so far this summer 
as most are current on marketings and feel like they are in the drivers seat 
this week.
 
Supply included:  100% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers).
Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 100%.
Unless otherwise noted, Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights 
after a 2% shrink or equivalent, with a 10 cent slide > 600 lbs.
