Direct trading was at a standstill in both reporting regions as buyers 
are having a hard time finding cattle to procure.
Reporting was also inactive a year ago on this report.
Some cattle are hitting the summer grass with other yearlings slated 
for summer turnout have been sold due to lack of spring moisture; grass growth 
is minimal to sustain cattle for the summer.
With record prices prevailing, sellers are turning a good profit by 
selling now instead of off summer grass this summer.
Nebraska feedlots' sales continue to set all-time high prices.
Live sales sold 1.00-2.00 higher from 230.00-231.00.
Bulk of the dressed sales sold 2.00 higher from 360.00-370.00, mostly 
at 360.00.
