Western Iowa Preconditioned Sale.  Compared to last Thursday;  Steers 700 lbs 
2.00 lower, 750-800 lbs 8.00-12.00 lower, 900 lbs 2.00 higher.  Heifers 600-650 
lbs 1.00 lower, 700 lbs 3.00 higher, 750 lbs 2.00 lower.  CME feeder cattle 
futures down 5.00 today.   The sale consisted of six loads, many half loads and
