Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher. 
Demand was good on a moderate supply of slaughter animals and a light supply of 
replacement cattle. The top slaughter bull sold for 198.00/cwt. and the top 
slaughter cow sold for 177.00 cwt. The top pair sold for 3400.00 and the top 
bred cows sold for 3650.00/head. This was the last sale of the year at Ozarks 
Regional Stockyard. The next sale will be a Wean/Vac Special on January 2. The 
next Replacement/Slaughter Cattle Sale will be Wednesday, January 7, 2026. For 
2025 ORS sold 35,650 head at their Wednesday and special Cow/Bull sales. Merry
