Compared to last sale: Feeder steers and heifers sharply lower on current 
FOB trades.
CME cattle futures, November contract closed today at 322.05.
The last sale to compare prices was October 16th, 2025 and CME November 
contract closed at 380.95.
Boxed Beef values as of October 16th closed at 366.11 and today closed 
at 377.97.
The fundamentals for the cattle industry are still strong.
A significant cold front is forecasted to sweep through the Midwest on 
Sunday, bringing sharply colder temperatures, increased winds, and a noticeable 
shift to more seasonal conditions.
Supply included 80 percent South Central; 3 percent West; 6 percent North 
Central; 9 percent South East; and 2 percent North East.
Deliveries are current through June 2026.
Current delivery is 14 days from the day of the sale and is up to and 
including November 20th, 2025.
 
Supply included: 98% Feeder Cattle (46% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 17% 
Heifers, 14% Beef/Dairy Steers, 23% Beef/Dairy Heifers).
2% Replacement Cattle (47% Bred Cows, 53% Bred Heifers).
Feeder cattle over 600 lbs was 75%.
Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights after a 2-3% pencil shrink 
or equivalent, with a 6-30 cent slide > 600 lbs and 12-40 cent slide
