The last reported sale was Dec. 12, so a market comparison can not be made.  
Pretty nice offering of calves for this first sale of 2026, sold on good 
demand. Mostly large packages of mixed quality calves.  Buyers were able to 
fill loads made up of both weaned and calves right off the cow, with most 
carrying spring and fall shots.  The offering carried mostly light to medium 
flesh, with some showing some tagg, and others clean and open haired.  Lots of 
buyers and sellers in the stands, and several buyers on line, making for a very 
active market.   The next Feeder Cattle and Replacement Heifer Special is
