Compared to last week: Lambs 50-60lbs, sharply higher on a light test;
60-70lbs, 11.00 higher; 70-90lbs, steady to 3.00 higher; 90-100lbs, 5.00
higher; 100-120lbs, steady to 2.00 lower; 120-130lbs, trending lower on a very
light test from last weeks small showing. Good 2-3 Slaughter Ewes, 8.00 lower.
Comparable Bucks, mostly steady. Lambs and Ewes sold on good demand, with
buyers in the seats and on the internet. Market activity was good, with the
holidays coming up. Comparable Replacement Ewes were mostly steady, on a light
test from last week, and sold on good demand with some new buyers in the seats
looking to add to their herd. December 18 is the next sale, and will be the
last sale for 2025, selling all classes of sheep and goats.
