Compared to last Saturday feeder steers sold steady to 3.00 lower. Feeder
heifers sold 2.00 to 4.00 lower. There was good demand for the higher quality,
weaned, and vaccinated calves. Moderate demand for the plainer, fleshy, and off
colored calves. Volatility in the CME futures still putting pressure on the
markets and demand. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls
sold 2.00 to 4.00 lower. There was good demand for slaughter classes.
