steers were 3.00 higher. Slaughter heifers were 1.00 higher this week.
Slaughter cows were mostly steady and slaughter Holstein cows were 3.00 lower.
Slaughter bulls were 20.00 lower based on a limited comparison and Holstein
slaughter bulls were mostly steady based on a limited comparison. Choice/prime
slaughter lambs were mostly steady with good demand. No comparison is
available on slaughter kids due to a limited comparison, but good demand was
noted.
