Hot!! is the only way to describe today, while receipts were very light on
feeders, prices were not! This week's offerings were a mixed offering of weaned
and unweaned calves. Demand was good despite the hot weather. There was a
moderate supply of slaughter cattle and replacement cows, both of which sold on
a strong demand. No trends were determined due to the sale not being reported
last week.
