Compared to two weeks ago, steer and heifer calves sold mostly 20.00-40.00
higher and yearling steers sold 5.00-20.00 higher with no test on yearling
heifers. Demand was good to very good as the cash market has recovered a
majority of the losses seen in late October and November with sharp gains on
the board the last couple weeks. Supply was moderate with several fancy groups
of calves and a few loads of yearling steers. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady.
