Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 500 lbs sold 30.00-40.00, with
instances of 60.00 lower, over 500 lbs sold 15.00-20.00 lower. Feeder heifers
sold 11.00-29.00 lower with full decline on 400-500 lbs. Feeder supply was
mostly average, unweaned calves and with the hotter days and cooler nights,
buyers are mostly in a wait and see attitude. Slaughter cows sold steady and on
a light test, Slaughter bulls sold 5.00 lower.
