Compared to last week, steer calves under 600 lbs sold with a steady to firm
undertone on a light offering with yearling steers trading mostly steady.
Heifer calves under 500 lbs were lightly tested with 500-550 lbs selling steady
to 7.00 higher, several pot loads of 650-725 lb heifers all sold with a firm to
higher undertone. Slaughter cows traded steady to 4.00 higher.
