First feeder cattle sale in recent weeks so no price trend is available.  A 
light offering of feeders today with load lots seeing very good demand and 
packages selling with moderate to good demand, it was difficult to make a load 
from packages.  An attractive offering of home raised, weaned, and vaccinated 
calves. Flesh condition was mostly moderate to moderate plus, a few calves in 
heavy flesh.  An active market with a nice crowd of buyers and some farmer 
feeders in the seats.  Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, January 15, 
featuring Red Angus replacement heifers.
