On a light test of feeders today feeder steers and heifers both were trending
10.00 to 20.00 lower. The winter storm that is forcast to effect the area
starting on Friday with frigid temperatures for an extended period and heavy
snowfall excpected for most of the region had buyers hesitant to bid.
Slaughter cows were 2.00 to 9.00 lower and slaughter bulls were not well
tested. Supply was light and demand was light with less than normal buyer
attendence.
