Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow/Heifer and Pairs sale
Thursday evening with a large standing room crowd on hand. There was a good
quality offering of young bred cows mostly 3-6 years of age and a nice
offering of bred heifers all in the 2nd and 3rd stage selling with good demand.
Top quality consignment of young pairs mostly 4-5 yrs with 200-250 lb calves
sold with very good demand. There was a large offering of slaughter cows and
breeding bulls that sold.
