Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow/Heifer and Pairs sale
Thursday evening with a large standing room crowd on hand. Main attraction was
a good quality consignment of mostly 3 yr young cows in the 3rd stage all
selling from 4750.00-5500.00; with a consignment of nice top quality bred
heifers in the 3rd stage all sold at 4975.00 with the remaining bred heifers
all selling with good demand with most trading from 4000.00-4700.00. Several
small consignments of young pairs mostly 2-5 yrs selling with good demand.
