Compared to last market test:
Import prices were not fully established.
Removal of the tariffs left the trade unsettled as buyers tried to re-establish 
market values.
Initially the tariffs were removed for Australia/New Zealand and South America 
but Brazil was excluded.
News that Brazil's tariffs were repealed added additional uncertainty  at 
week's end.
