FEEDER CATTLE 2641 1484 3755
Compared to the feeder calf/yearling auction just 2 weeks ago, today all weight
ranges of both steers and heifers were 20.00 to 40.00 higher. Demand was very
good with buyers very aggressive given the up-tick in the CME. Available today
were many quality, home-raised, long time weaned and green feeder calves. Also
many opportunities for reputation replacement heifers calves. Trade was very
active for the moderate supply. The next scheduled feeder calf auction is Dec.
