This was the first sale reported for CMS Livestock Auction.
Demand very good for value added cattle.
Markets remain high, thus seller interest very good as well.
Supply included 91 percent from the South Central Region; 6 percent 
South East and 3 percent from the West.
Current delivery is 14 days from the day of the sale and is up to and 
including August 28th.
Deliveries are current thru March 2026.
The next sale will be September 11, 2025.
 
Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (6% Steers, 19% Dairy Steers, 6% 
Heifers, 37% Beef/Dairy Steers, 32% Beef/Dairy Heifers).
Feeder cattle over 600 lbs was 38%.
Feeder Cattle prices FOB based on net weights after a 0-4% pencil shrink 
or equivalent, with up to a 15 cent slide > 600 lbs and up to a 25 cent slide
