    Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no 
comparisons made due to limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium 
and Large 1 400-500 lbs n/a, 500-600 lbs 435.00-447.50. Feeder 
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 430.00-490.00, 500-600 lbs 
390.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 485.00-510.00, 500-
600 lbs 410.00-425.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 154.00-
197.00; Boners 80-85% lean 150.00-196.00; Lean 85-90% lean 130.00-163.00; 
Lean Low Dressing 60.00-146.00. Slaughter bulls: Average Dressing 176.00-
217.00, Low Dressing 162.50. Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large 1 1250 lbs 
Middle Aged Cow with Calf 150-300 lbs 3900.00 per pair. Medium and

Hogs on Wednesday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct 
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs 70.05. Sows live price 300-
450 lbs 61.10; 450-500 lbs 71.03; 500-550 lbs 73.84.
  SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 2 cents lower, New crop bids 
steady; elevator bids 5.17, processor bids 5.32-5.52. Soybean bids were 5 
cents lower; elevator bids 11.28, processor bids n/a, and export 11.78. 
Wheat bids were mixed, 2 cents lower to 1 cent higher; elevator bids 
5.58.
   Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 16 
cents higher at 70.17.
