SC Livestock auctions: Compared to last week feeder steers sold
2.00 higher, heifers sharply higher, and bulls 6.00 higher. Feeder

Hogs on Friday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs price was 69.55. Sows live
price 300-450 lbs 67.87; 450-500 lbs 76.99; 500-550 lbs 77.85.
SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 3 cents higher, New crop bids
were mostly 3 cents higher; elevator bids 5.28, processor bids 5.43.
Soybean bids were 8 cents lower; elevator bids 11.20, processor bids n/a,
and export 11.80. Wheat bids were 2 to 3 cents higher; elevator bids
5.50, and processor bids 5.12-7.40.
Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 44 cents
higher at 66.87.
