Compared to last week, the 450-500 lb. steers sold 20.00 higher and the 600-650
lb. steers sold 8.00 higher. The rest of the steers and heifers sold with a
higher undertone, based on limited comparisons. The slaughter cows and bulls
sold steady to 5.00 higher. There was a complete herd dispersal of bred cows
and cow-calf pairs in the offering this week that sold with good demand. Supply
was light and demand was good.
