Compared to last Wednesday feeder steers 450 lbs and under appeared steady with
a lite test, while the 500-650 lbs steers and the yearling cattle appeared firm
with a good supply and good demand. Feeder heifers 350 lbs and under appeared
sharply higher with strong demand, while the 450-600 lbs heifers were steady to
5.00 higher with a good supply and good demand. Slaughter cows were 3.00 to
5.00 higher with a good supply and slaughter bulls were steady to 2.00 lower
with good demand.
