Compared to last week, receipts were higher with improved quality and a larger
overall offering. Feeder cattle sold with good demand, steers and heifers
selling $7.00 higher. The standout draft of the day was 60 head of steers
weighing 925lb that sold for 341.35cwt. Slaughter cattle were well tested, with
prices $10.00 to $15.00 higher.
