Compared to last week: Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls
6.00 higher in a light test. Slaughter cow quality was not as good as last
week. Today's sale did have a bull weighing 2410lbs bring 2.51 per pound or
$6050. The Department of Corrects consigned a nice set of bred cows with good
flesh and quality, and the top end sold for $4300.
