Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 2.00 lower and Holstein slaughter
steers were 8.00 higher. Slaughter heifers were 17.00 higher and Holstein
slaughter heifers were trending higher based on a limited comparison.
Slaughter cows were mostly steady and slaughter Holstein cows were 11.00 lower.
Choice/prime slaughter lambs were mostly 8.00 lower with good demand. No
comparison available on slaughter kids due to a limited comparison, but good
demand was noted.
