were 7.00 higher. Holstein slaughter steers were 2.00 lower. Slaughter cows
were 8.00 lower and Holstein slaughter cows were 1.00 higher. Slaughter bulls
were 11.00 lower and slaughter Holstein bulls were 4.00 higher. Choice/prime
slaughter lambs were 5.00 lower this week with good demand. Slaughter kids
were mostly 6.00 higher with good demand.
