Compared to last Wednesday: Feeder steers traded 8.00-10.00 higher. Feeder
heifers under 600 lbs. sold steady and those over 600 lbs. were 8.00-10.00
higher. There were several weaned packages of good quality calves in favorable
condition offered today along with some plain quality calves with a little
extra flesh. Buyers showed strong demand for the "greener", weaned calves.
Slaughter cows and bulls sold mostly steady.
