Compared to last Wednesday: Feeder steers sold sharply higher. Feeder heifers
traded unevenly steady. Continued very strong demand for steers and good demand
for heifers. Today's offering contained several weaned packages and buyers are
paying good premiums for weaned calves in favorable condition. Slaughter cows
and bulls sold mostly steady.
