Compared to last Wednesday: Feeder steers sold 3.00-5.00 higher. Feeder heifers
traded 8.00-10.00 higher. Today's quality was very inconsistent and the
majority of the offering was sold one or two at time but the demand for the
feeder calves remained very strong. The feeder buyers are still paying premiums
for the higher quality calves and discounting the plain and bawling calves.
Slaughter cows and bulls sold 2.00-4.00 higher.
