Compared to last Thursday feeder steers sold 10.00 to 15.00 lower. Feeder
heifers sold 5.00 to 8.00 lower. There was good demand for the higher quality
offering which were weaned and vaccinated. Moderate demand for the plainer
quality offering which were fleshy, off colored, and not vaccinated. The
plainer quality offering also facing discounts. Slaughter cows sold 2.00 to
4.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold mostly steady. There was good demand for
slaughter classes.
