Compared to last Wednesday the feeder market was mostly steady with an average
quality offering. Feeder steers 600 lbs and under were steady to 3.00 lower
with a good supply and good demand, while the yearling steers appeared 3.00 to
5.00 higher, but with limited comparisons. Feeder heifers were steady to 4.00
higher with a good supply and good demand for weaned packages and groups.
Slaughter cows were mostly steady to 2.00 higher with a good supply and
slaughter bulls were steady with good demand.
