Compared to last Thursday: Feeder steers sold 5.00-7.00 lower. Feeder heifers
under 500 lbs. traded sharply higher and those over 500 lbs. were 3.00-5.00
lower. The demand for the male calves was weaker throughout sale and the demand
for heifers continued to be very strong. Slaughter cows traded mostly steady
and slaughter bulls were steady to 2.00 higher.
