Compared to the last report.
Demand is at a standstill.
There are some movements, but not enough for a trend for all types of hay.
Parts of Oklahoma have been able to start baling hay, but other parts
haven't been able to get into their fields.
We continue to see rain covering Oklahoma, along with high humidity.
This continues to prevent hay producers from harvesting hay and moving hay.
Mature hay is becoming a problem for hay producers as well.

The Oklahoma Mesonet Drought Monitor shows that 0 percent of the
state is in exceptional drought, 0 percent is in extreme drought, 0 percent
is in severe drought, 0 percent is moderate, 1.24 percent is abnormally
dry conditions, and 98.76 percent has no drought conditions.
