Prices were 9.56-10.10 at the elevators and 10.26-10.31 at the mills and processors. U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was 8 cents lower, with instances of 3 cents lower present. Prices were 3.91-5.33 at the elevators and 4.36-4.86 at the mills and processors.
