Compared to the last report, demand for hay all over Oregon is slow.
There is some movement but not as much as normal.
There aren't a lot of sales being made right now but phones seem to be
ringing and there are buyers talking about the hay but they aren't making
the sale yet.
Prices are unsettled right now and no one knows what direction they are
going to move if they do.
According to the U.S.
Drought Monitor, there is abnormally dry to severe dry soil conditions
all over Oregon.
