Compared to the last report.
Due to the snowstorm, movement has picked up; movement has been slow
to steady over the past couple of weeks.
We do see continued colder temperatures for next week's forecast.
Drought worsens; 82 percent of the state has some form of drought.
The
Oklahoma Mesonet Drought Monitor indicates that 0 percent of the
state is experiencing exceptional drought, 8.03 percent is in extreme
drought, 23.32 percent is in severe drought, 71.69 percent is in moderate
drought, 82.62 percent is in abnormally dry conditions, and 17.38
percent has no drought conditions.
