weak.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran and Hulls steady.    In California, medium 
grain milled rice 3.00-4.00 higher.  Second heads and Brewers 2.00-5.00 higher. 
 Rice by-products: Rice Bran 5.00-50.00 higher and rice hulls steady.
