Compared to last week, feeder steer sold 8.00-16.00 higher while feeder heifers
were not well tested. Steer calves under 700 lbs. sold steady to 5.00 higher.
Heifer calves under 700 lbs. sold 6.00-12.00 higher. Demand was good on a
moderate supply. The largest draft of the day was 80 head of 629 lb. heifers
which brought 316.00/cwt. A stick-out sale was two loads of steers averaging
895 lbs. which sold for 295.50-295.75/cwt.
