Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher.
Demand was good on a moderate supply. The top slaughter bull sold for
219.00/cwt. while the top slaughter cow sold for 166.00/cwt. The replacement
cattle offering outnumbered the offering of slaughter animals. Rainy weather
along with a couple of herd dispersals brought in an above average size crowd.
The top bred cows sold for 3000.00/head while the top pairs sold for
3700.00/pair.
