FEEDER CATTLE 814 885 1553
Compared to last week, steers sold mostly 5.00 to 12.00 lower, and heifers sold
unevenly steady from 5.00 lower to 6.00 higher. Many small groups of unweaned
or short weaned calves this week. The feeder cattle futures board showed some
recovery throughout the day after a sharp downturn at the end of last week
highly related to a bearish cattle on feed report published last Friday. Demand
was moderate to light on a moderate supply.
