Compared to last week slaughter cows sold unevenly from 2.00 lower to 3.00
higher. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 3.00 lower. Supply was heavy with good
demand. This report combines the slaughter/replacement sale with the special
replacement auction tonight. A very large crowd was on hand for the
replacement auction. Bidding was active through out the entire sale. The top
pairs sold for 4,900.00. The top selling bred cows sold for 4,775.00 with the
high selling bred heifers not far behind at 4,500.00.
