Based on limited comparisons with last week, feeder steers and heifers mostly
steady to 5..00 lower with instances 10.00 lower on heifers under 525 lbs.
Slaughter cows steady. Demand good. Supply light. The feeder market was
probably stronger than expected as live cattle futures found some support and
cutout values again saw a sharp advance in response to the reduced slaughter
pace.
