Compared to last week, on a light test, feeder cattle sold unevenly with a
mixed offering of weaned and unweaned calves. Feeder steers and heifers sold
from $10.00 lower to $10.00 higher, while feeder bulls sold mostly $10.00 to
$15.00 higher. Overall demand for feeder cattle was strong. Slaughter cattle
sold steady to $5.00 lower. A good supply of replacement cattle was offered,
with good buyer attendance and good demand noted.
